This appointment will be intended for contract writing only
Your must select one of two colour schemes, Orchard (light) or Park (dark)
All purchasers that will be listed on the contract must be registered
We have put together an easy guide to walk you through all the steps to purchase your new home at The Eli.
Your Realtor (if you are working with one) must register in advance of your appointment time.
Deposit Information
In preparation for your appointment, please have a certified bank draft of 5% of your total purchase price for each unit you wish to purchase ready on the day of sale.
Deposits made out to: Themis Law Corporation in Trust
Please note the following:
Individuals can purchase up to two homes per tower. A deposit requirement of 20% will be applicable on each home split into four payments of 5%.
Corporate purchases will not be permitted during our sales launch.
